Each piece is a testament to our commitment to quality, utilizing tobaccos from our own vault, ensuring a rarity that is hard to find. Every cigar is meticulously hand-rolled, starting with the careful removal of the mid-rib vein from each leaf for a smooth flavor and easy draw. The leaves are then carefully placed into the bunch based on density and burn rate, guaranteeing consistent construction and burn.
After being expertly crafted, each cigar is pressed into a mold for 24 hours, wrapped in a luxurious Brazilian wrapper, and then box-pressed for an additional five days, resulting in a harmonious blend of flavors and aromas.
