The leaves are then carefully placed into the bunch based on density and burn rate, guaranteeing consistent construction and burn.
After being expertly crafted, each cigar is pressed into a mold for 24 hours, wrapped in a luxurious Brazilian Cubra wrapper, and then box-pressed for an additional five days, resulting in a harmonious blend of flavors and aromas.
